NCAA Men’s Gymnastics Six-Feet and Over Club

Posted on 29 March 2017 by admin

It has been a few years since we compiled a list of six-footers in NCAA Men’s Gymnastics.  In seasons past we have consistently seen over a dozen of these tall gymnasts on the rosters in any given year.  The most well known have been such All-American stalwarts as Oklahoma’s Russ Czeschin (6’3″) and Jeremy Adams (6’2″), Illinois’ Luke Stannard (6’1″) and Stanford’s John Martin (6’0″).

Our current list is limited to available information on current school rosters.  Some of the rosters do not list height, so if readers know of additional six-footers who can be added to the list, please submit!  We’d love to add more.

Here are the current members of the Six-Feet and Over Club:

  • Air Force – Jonathon Fornoff – 6’0″
  • Washington – Paul Friedman – 6’0″
  • Oklahoma – Brian Schibler – 6’1″
  • Nebraska – Jake Bonnay – 6’1″
  • Iowa – David Spanier – 6’1″
  • Navy – Noah Beeman – 6’0″
  • Army – Leo Genders – 6’1″
  • Michigan – Mack Lasker – 6’3″
  • Illinois – Tommy Mistretta – 6’2″
  • Illinois – Connor Jones – 6’0″
  • William & Mary – Griffin Antle – 6’2″
